For DLSR size, Nikon D3100 fairly petite, but when paired with a zoom lens 18-55mm zoom shape looks a bit fierce. With a 14.2MP sensor it also can record full-HD video up to 24fqs - although it is accessible only in Live View mode only.
Bawaanya lens ensures excellent image sharpness. Noise is also seen only at ISO 12,800 only. With the Enhanced mode Guide to explain the features of other complex, D3100 is also a good choice for beginners.
