Accused of Violating 3G, Samsung Behind Apple Attack

Drum 'war' against Apple Samsung re-echoed. In return for the prohibition of the sale of tablets 10.1 Samsung's Galaxy in Germany and several models of smartphones Galaxy types in the Netherlands, having lost in court, Samsung is preparing a counterattack.
As quoted from page to Reuters, Samsung has set up four patent infringement lawsuit that alleged against Apple. The lawsuit filed in court in The Hague against Apple products are assessed using the 3G Samsung products, including iPhone and iPad.
This lawsuit is intended to include the iPhone 5, which is expected to be launched in early October.
The judge in the Netherlands said it also will lead the lawsuit filed Samsung, which requested the prohibition of the sale and distribution of the iPhone and iPad in the Netherlands. Lawsuit filed over four separate patent infringement case that will last until 17 November in The Hague.
Yesterday, Samsung's attorney in the Hague has accused Apple does not pay a license for the use of patents to Samsung, before selling the iPhone. "Apple should pay a license prior to launching the iPhone in 2007 or 2008 in the Netherlands," said Bas Berghuis, Samsung's attorney in court, as quoted by Reuters.
While Rutger Kleemans, Apple's lawyers, said. "Samsung has never asked for a license until 2010 and before that Samsung kept quiet because Apple is an important customer for Nokia."
Besides the Netherlands, the 'war' Apple and Samsung are also held in Australia. As quoted from the pages of the BBC, in a court in Australia, Apple's attorney accuses Samsung mimics Apple's tablet in the production of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 "form factor, and form."
"It was clear, as clear (Sydney) Opera House for the Samsung that Apple's patent was seen in front of their eyes are open," said Steven Burley, Apple's legal counsel.
The debate was fierce on the court about the impression and form of two tablets product, iPad and Galaxy Tab 10.1. As quoted from the Sydney Morning Herald. Apple accuses Galaxy Tab 10.1 mimics the features of the Samsung unlocking, scrolling, and zooming.
Meanwhile, Samsung also filed a patent infringement lawsuit over his 3G, which Apple used. Apple is judged not to pay a license to patents that are used in the 'contents' iPad and iPhone.
However, Apple has denied. Apple does not need to pay licensing rate. Therefore, Apple is already making a payment to Intel and Infineon, which is considered Apple has completed the affairs about patents against Samsung.
In addition to the Netherlands and Australia, the Samsung vs. Apple also still has a number of 'field-war' else. Among others in Japan and South Korea, which is the 'cage' Samsung.
